INTERESTED IN A COMPLIMENTARY PORTRAIT SITTING?

Documentary Lifestyle Guide.

If you wish to experience your "life as art," documenting a "day in the life," then a Lifestyle Documentary session is the right choice for you.   We'll spend 2 - 3 hours photographing you in a organic photojournalistic style punctuated with posed portraits.  We'll capture the quiet conversations, the stolen moments, the "in between" imperfect frames in addition to the classic perfect portrait.

Documentary Lifestyle sessions are delivered as a premium black & white storybook album (with color selections available), corresponding soft-edited black & white digital archives, and your choice of one wall portrait canvas in either black & white or color.  These sessions are the best value both in terms of number of portraits and tangible goods.  Documentary Lifestyle sessions may feature children, families, or seniors.

The Process.

BOOKING

We'll begin with a brief in-person meeting to discuss the overall vision and goals
for your project, and preview portrait product options.
We'll discuss details such as time and date and take care of booking details.

Once you're comfortable and ready to move forward, the initial fee is due to hold your dates.

WARDROBE & PREPARATION

Documentary Lifestyle sessions include custom-fitted wardrobe (almost all clients select this option).
We'll discuss theme, style, sizing, and fit for wardrobe at this time.
I'll also provide specific information on how to prepare for the day.

THE SHOOT

We'll meet again the day of your session, typically for 2 - 3 hours.
I always take cues from you to determine how long we'll shoot.
Documentary Lifestyle sessions take place either on our studio grounds or at a location of your choice.

We'll photograph during daylight hours, typically during early afternoon to make use of best light.
